✅ Tasks
I've been using Things for the past 3 or 4 years. I love how minimal, yet powerful it is. It integrates well with my other tools (such as Spark Mail and Shortcuts), so it's fast and easy to get tasks into it.
I have several Things widgets set up on my iPad home screen so I can keep track of everything I have to do in a day, as well as tasks coming up in the near future.
📝 Notes
Obsidian is the first note-taking app I've used that was a joy for me to write in. There's just something about it that makes the words flow. I love how all my notes are stored on my device as Markdown files, and backlinking has been amazing for making connections between ideas. I also enjoy not having to worry about folder structure. I turned the file explorer off and just rely on backlinking and the graph view for navigating between notes.
📅 Calendar
I don't use a calendar app all that often (I keep track of events inside my Bullet Journal). When I do use a calendar app, I use Google Calendar. I've found it to be the easiest calendar app to quickly add events and appointments to my calendar.
