I use both Notion and Todoist to manage my tasks. Most of my tasks are kept inside Notion, however, for more personal or extra task management things I will usually add them to Todoist!
I actually use Taskade to keep notes. I probably don’t use this application as completely intended however I have lots of brain dump pages for ideas, thoughts, quotes and things I have learnt. I like being able to head into the mobile application, finding one of my many ‘Brain Dump’ sections and seeing what I have written in the past to help spark ideas. I have to also admit, I love using the classic pen and paper! When I’m working I tend to use a notebook and pen to write notes to refer to whilst writing. I find this easier than having to type notes and type my work. It also reduces the need to have multiple tabs open.
I use Google Calendar because I like its simplicity and I have just always used it. I would like to try out some other Calendar applications, however, Google has everything I currently need!
