I like Ecco because it is one of the few single-pane outlines that makes it easy to organize everything within a single context.
Most other apps make you switch files or views.
I like Ecco because it makes it easy to organize notes, and better to track the provenance of sources as I put notes from different sources into various subheads of an outline.
I use Google Calendar.
