Introducing Parker Klein ‘s set-up
Let’s explore how they use their productivity tools and optimise those apps for the best result.
As you can see, Parker keeps it clean with a focus on his team’s own app, — which they believe to be an all in one (for tasks, cal, notes)
🙋🏼♀️ What’s in your toolkit?
✅ Tasks
Twos is a simple way to capture and organize tasks. It has days so you can plan out which tasks you want to do on each day and unfinished to-dos roll over each day. I can also set reminders for tasks when they're due or happening with automatic date detection. I can also share and collaborate on lists of tasks with my team.
📝 Notes
Twos is a simple way to capture and organize notes. It has days so you can journal and capture the little things—thoughts, details, information—throughout a day. I can easily organize and share lists of notes publically and on the social side of Twos with a single click. It makes taking, sharing, and organizing notes extremely easy. It also has features built around time to help you remember and revisit notes you've taken in the past.
📅 Calendar
Twos is my main calendar app. It's how I schedule events and set reminders. It has automatic date detection so I can set reminders by just writing them down. I can push events to my Google Calendar and it will sync events from my Google Calendar into Twos. I only open Google Calendar when I need to add someone to an event, but I believe Twos will have this feature soon. It is an easy was to look at my day and what events I have coming up.
