For me, the perfect trifecta has been Todoist for tasks and projects, Google Calendar for events and scheduling, and Evernote for notes and, well, just about everything.
✅ How do you use tasks tool daily?Todoist’s ability to capture and organise, thanks to its exceptional natural language processing, is second to none. It’s labelling, filters, and multi-level abilities allow you to add depth, but the overall simplicity keeps you focused. Plus, its longevity and loyalty to customers means you’re never locked down; Todoist is available basically everywhere.
📝 Why do you like your notes application?
Evernote has had its rough patches and I’ve switched to other apps before, but, when it comes to notes, I always fall back. Their capture abilities are painstakingly refined and heads above their competition. It’s cross-platform, reliable, available offline, and newer features like tasks and its home dashboard focus the experience even more. It’s still a little behind in linking, but with the introduction of back links, Evernote is making connecting thoughts easier.
📆 What makes your calendar app great?
Google Calendar is sleek, cross-platform, and free. It has a beautiful interface and the integrations it has are exceptional. Aside from its own abilities to create events and tasks, Google Calendar pulls my goals from Todoist right into my schedule and can feed absolutely everything into Evernote itself if I ever need to take notes for an event. It’s all seamless, accessible, and worry free.
